Thus, since a person can not lawfully use pressure against the person, liberty, or property of another particular person, then the frequent force — for the same reason — can not lawfully be used to destroy the individual, liberty, or property of people or teams.

That is true because, if the pressure of government were restricted to suppressing injustice, then authorities could be as innocent of those sufferings as it is now harmless of modifications in the temperature. The common law usually controls civil issues, similar to contract disputes and private damage circumstances (torts).

Life, liberty, and property do not exist because males have made laws. Law within the United States is a mosaic of statutes, treaties, case law, Administrative Agency regulations, executive orders, and native laws.
