The Emory Law College curriculum is attuned to the wants of the authorized occupation and the universe of careers engaged with the law. As long as it is admitted that the law may be diverted from its true purpose — that it may violate property as a substitute of protecting it — then everyone will want to take part in making the law, either to guard himself towards plunder or to make use of it for plunder.
